Download the claim form at www.aseguratucelular.com and fill it out.

Prepare the copy of your identity document enlarged to 150%.

File the claim at www.aseguratucelular.com

A case number will be generated and during the following 5 business days the corresponding study will be carried out.

Then you will be notified via email or a call.

​

If the case is approved, they will send you an entry order by email that you must send signed via WhatsApp and deliver your equipment to the technical service authorized by A CINCO.

​

There they will review it and if the diagnosis declares it irreparable or that fixing it exceeds 75% of the value of the equipment, a replacement equipment will be delivered in the first instance or a Gift Card with the value of the compensation.
