Qualified or simple theft

List these documents:

Complaint with the prosecutor or extrajudicial statement in a notary.

Copy of identity document enlarged to 150 %.

Theft report registered in the centralized systems of the PRSTM mobile telecommunications network and service provider database.

A case number will be generated and during the following 5 business days the corresponding study will be carried out.

Then you will be notified via email or a call.

If the case is approved, you will be given a replacement device in the first instance or a Gift Card with the value of the compensation.
